Triggered in October\Rain\Mail\Mailer.

Process the mailable object used when adding mail to the queue

Example usage:

Event::listen('mailer.buildQueueMailable', function ((\October\Rain\Mail\Mailer) $mailerInstance, (\October\Rain\Mail\Mailable) $mailable) {
