I'm trying to delete several unused projects that I originally created for testing, but I cannot figure out where on http://octobercms.com/account/projects I need to click to remove a project.

Am I missing something, or is it currently impossible to delete projects?

This feature will be arriving soon. It becomes a tricky issue when there are paid plugins attached to a project, it would be like throwing away money.

by the way, here is no way to delete plugin from a project. I think here is no "delete" buttons at all.

When will this feature arrive?

For commercial plugins, it could happen to buy a plugin and find that you don't need it anymore on a project ... and delete it from that project. If the dev have a licence/key for some paid plugins he could anyway put it back later.

It's basic UX ;)

Still not implemented... As workaround I rename the project to somothing meaningless.

Our priority has been to deliver the stable version of October. This feature should be addressed in the coming year of development.

That's all right. I'd like to see the feature sooner too but mainly want to say--thanks! Thanks for writing an open source CMS that you clearly take a ton of pride in. It's sort of, like, ideal.

Same problem here, I created some tests project, bought some plugins that I would like to move to other projects to clean all the bad things I did. Now october stable have been released, can we see this feature coming soon ?

While I can appreciate the effort in creating a free CMS - especially one as robust as this - it's hard for me to wrap my head around why something like this has taken over two years to implement.

+1 This is a needed feature.

+1 Really important. Not just deleting projects, but also deleting themes from projects (currently you can only delete plugins). The issue with paid plugins would be solved if there was an option to move plugins from one project to another.

"If you delete this project, any purchased plugins or themes belonging to this project will become available to reattach to another project."

So I'm a newbie and bought a theme and some plugins and then it seems the prereq for one of the plugins wasn't in and so the plugin install failed and I couldn't get past the error screen and so I deleted the project and deleted the site to start over.

How to I recover these purchased themes and plugins so I can re-attach to the newly created site . According to the "delete" project feature...
"If you delete this project, any purchased plugins or themes belonging to this project will become available to reattach to another project."

There is a Reattach button in your dashboard.
