October CMS Free License
All Features Unlocked, No Strings Attached
Every October CMS account includes a complimentary license. This license enables you to build one project. This license comes with all features and no restrictions, making it ideal for any project, whether personal or commercial.
Functioning just like our paid licenses, the Free License provides one year of software updates. Once the license expires, you can get another year of updates for just $29. Extending the license is only necessary if you wish to update the platform or plugins. You are legally permitted to continue running a website indefinitely after the license expires.

- Create an October CMS account or log into your existing one.
- Navigate to the Account / Projects page and create a project. You may also use an existing project.
- Click on "Get a Free License" under the License tab.
- For installation instructions, please refer to the documentation.

The most important thing in October CMS is the core which uses Laravel. That is a great combination. The LTS release is stable, we found it very important. We like the marketplace with one of the largest plugins directories that allows installing the desired plugin in a few clicks directly from the Administration Area or the command line.

It took just two weeks to implement an API integration between a Client's website and a supplier and upload 180K of products to the website, updating them weekly.
