Okay, I tried in every way to understand how OctoberCMS works. But over time I realized that to do anything advanced in it you need to know a lot about programming or have plenty of time available to learn. And I do not know much or have much time. What I would like to request is a refund for the theme, since practically, I did not even use it.

Unfortunately this scenario does not qualify for a refund. As per the refund policy, themes are not refunded for change of mind because the files have been delivered--whether used or not, the files cannot be returned. A refund is usually granted when there is a fault or misleading statement that the author acknowledges.

In addition, we have reviewed this theme and it is not really that advanced. Basic HTML skills are needed and this is something easily discovered by installing October for free first.

At first I wanted to create a legal system with a small kind of support for my brand. I bought the theme, I thought there would be no problems with the forum plugin.

But then when I created the forum, it was totally strange, which discouraged me to use October, I researched a ticket plugin, there was only one of 100 dollars, which is expensive for me.

I also searched for chat plugins, there are none interesting.

So he concludes that October is no good for my initial purpose.

But that's fine, you do not have to repay, I'll wait a few more months and go to another system that I can afford, again.

Appreciate your understanding. October is a system that takes time and patience to learn. It sounds like you are 90% of the way there, you just need to get support with the final steps. It is a tale as old as time to give up just before the point of success. This is your choice and yours alone, not really the responsibility of others.
