When I access the backend page (127.0.0.1/backend) it shows me no graphics, just the link and some icons. What can I do?

Check source and network tab or js console why those are not loading. Do you use https?

I checked if the files exist and they does, but the page didn't read them..

Looks like it could be a permissions issue, have you set your installation directory to read/write?

You need mod_rewrite and AllowOverride all so your .htaccess can do its thing.
