Hello, I am looking for someone who can create functionality / plugin for VAT EU handling for Digital Goods for October CMS. This should be based on Laravel VAT (https://github.com/dannyvankooten/laravel-vat). The plugin should count correctly VAT according to EU law, check the location (using Laravel VAT) and if something is wrong generating the proper messages. And have to write data to the database for generate VAT reports.

No, it will NOT be integrated with the existing shop solutions. Existing shop solutions don't have options for selling digital goods. This will be a simple custom solution. If you are interested, I will send additional informations by e-mail.
