I would like to be able to send and receive emails from the October CMS front End. We have built a ticket system where users can log in and enter notes. I would like to now extend this to allow users to email new support cases to (email@example.com) and have this open a new case. Then send out emails every time someone updates the case on the frontend web pages.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to accomplish this with October CMS. Is there some plugin that I am missing or has anyone done this and can point me in the right direction.
