Yea. Multilanguage plugin is a must be :)

BUT, HOW? How plugin like this can add multilanguage functionality to the whole system and plugins. This is possible? Why? Because if I want multilangs I want it on whole site. Not part of it.

I'd be mostly interested in a multilingual blog system, as well as a Comments section which is aware of language selection and only displays the comments which were posted on a certain article/language constellation.

+1 for multilanguage. It's a must, especially here in Europe.

ProBlog ships with translation example and can be switched out when partnered with the translation plugin. Each post allows you to chose and support multiple languages. The plugins translation files are really for the backend. The translation plugin is for the front end and works quite well. wherein you can have http://website/blog is default, you can change the translation rendered on the site by going to http://website/fr/blog/ It's really pretty great.

Having said that, I think the only outstanding bug is the redactor editor needs a translation mode. But I believe that is coming soon.

The scope of the Translation plugin should be expanded for the mail templates as well. In the case of a multi-lingual site it would be very important to receive the email notifications in a user's chosen language.

Hello,

Can we have a link about last news about this ?

Redactor is now implemented and translatable. Standard in the product so long as the translation plugin is installed.

Does this have any focus, or was forgotten? This is, by far, last thing remaining in making October multilingual. I can have multilingual blog or simple website, but as soon as users comes to play, there is no way because e-mails are not translatable.

I discussed this with my devs, they told me it's quite troublesome. Daftspunk did you give any thoughts into this?

Regards, James
