So I went to update this morning and was notified that changes in the User plugin requires some changes to be made. The instructions directed me to install the Rainlab-Notify plugin. No problem, except that plugin doesn't seem to exist anywhere. Even the link directly from the upgrade guide takes me to a non-existent page. Any ideas?

You need to manually copy it from GitHub, as it it not yet released on the marketplace.
