Back to Modular Theme with PAGE BUILDER - Clear Support

When trying to install the theme, I had to install a import/upload plugin to install it instead of the install search method. I typed in "Clear" as well as "Modular" as the title shows in the breadcrumbs but nothing ever appears. If there any future updates, I'd rather not manually reinstall the theme every time. Am I entering in the wrong words to try and install this theme? It is attached to my project and am able to install various plugins I need with no problem. Only the theme is where I'm having the issue. Please advise.

Paid themes are not installed with the same way free themes installed. You can not find them using search bar on backend themes tab. The only way to install them is by using "Attach Project" link on "Updates & Plugins" backend settings.
For now the only way to upgrade is to backup the files you have modified, and reinstall the theme.
There is also the possibility to avoid this process by using the ability of Octobercms to save the changes of all octobercms objects (partials, pages, layout, content, meta...) in the database. Read about this new function here:
