i've just found your impressive themes and have questions about your ecommerce one please :

• does it support multi languages ?
• how many moneys are supported ? euro, dollar ?
• creation of new pages
• creation of new crud (like blog, news, etc …)
• which payment provider(s) ? should i develop something in order to purpose STRIPE payment ?
• what about offers and promotions ?

I will answer with the same order:

• Yes it supports Multilanguage using Rainlab Translate plugin. Shopaholic, Blog, Page builder pages using this plugin to translate any text to any language.
• Agora Theme uses Shopaholic plugin for the e-commerce part, for now Shopaholic do not support Multicurrency. But i read in shopaholic docs that they will create a plugin soon.
• With Agora theme you can create unlimited pages with easy page builder system using Section Blocks. You can see section blocks on theme documentation: https://octobercms.com/theme/ketikidis-agora
• Agora theme uses Rainlab Blog Plugin for blog capabilities. It is a full featured blog and you can take a look at the demo.
• Shopaholic recently added "Promo" feature. It is a feature for Offers and promotions.
• I don't know if there are any plans for STRIPE support from shopaholic.

Agora is a Multipurpose theme with e-commerce and blog support. It also has an easy and fast way to build your pages. For the e-commerce part is using shopaholic free plugin.
