Currently paypal doesn't work in my country (Ukraine). I want to develop some October plugins for marketplace free and paid. So I would like to have ability to withdraw funds from marketplace with something like Skrill, Payoneer or other.
Got one sold item and funds are still pending over a month on this site not going to paypal.
I second this suggestion in general... I'm located in Los Angeles and I've had trouble on several occasions attempting to pay via Paypal for plugins by developers based in other countries.
