1. Whenever I create a page in one language with content and design, I have to do the same in another language, but I need to be able to clone/copy so that I can only change the text in another language.
2. the page creation is not rich in tools, how can I make it more flexible? so that there will be ready-made options and others can only use them, instead of writing a custom code. We need it because our users are only operators.

When you make a marketplace purchase, unless you have a different arrangement with a specific author you are not paying for support in that situation either, you are paying for a digital product. Plugin / theme authors may choose to provide support for their products as a way to ensure their rating remains high and their customers are satisfied, but it is by no means required to be provided based off of the low one-time payment you made to purchase the product.
