Hello, how am I able to insert a component generated by another plugin ( https://octobercms.com/plugin/amjadkhan-jobs ) in a Clear Theme page ? ( I am not talking about a CMS -> Pages -> Add page ). That works fine. I don't seem to be able to do that, as when I paste the markup into the Content or Code of the page, it is not parsed. Thank you.

Hi, I need a response please, otherwise the theme is useless for me ( and probably others who use different plugins ). Thank you

Hello!
In order to use a component in static pages you have to insert it in static layout page most of the times.

I sure did. I cannot unfortunately paste the screenshot here but I did.The problem is that that component works only with CMS pages. Why not with CLEAR pages ?

As you can see you can see job listing in about page after first block.
In order to display job listings you have to insert job listings component in your preferable partial. Take a look on partial block/about.htm on bottom.

Hi, thanks. But I want to have a page that says "Job listings" where I can add a fist block "Page header", then my job component, then other blocks. I tried as well creating a partial in "blocks". How can I create afterwards a static page based on that partial ? Because the blocks seem to be predefined by you and none can be created. Thanks

1.Create a new static page and name it Job listing
2.On custom.htm partial block add "component jobs" as i did in about.htm block
3.Add custom.htm block on the top of the static page
4.Then add any other block you need in that page

Hi, thank you, it works. But this is valid for just this page. If I want to create another static page and still use the custom.htm partial, the component will jobs component will be there. It seems like the only way is to create our own partial custom block. I tried but to no avail, as I can't retrieve it in the page "blocks tab". How can we do that ? Thanks

Never mind, I found out how to create a new partial and add it to blocks.yaml. My only concern is that it will be overwritten by an update, because there's no child themes like in Wordpress.

Hi, what role does the Turn off/on pageheader in the Page Header block have ? For me it has no role, turning it on or off doesn't change anything. Thanks.

Yes, this field will be deleted in next update. Is outdated field from old pageheader block.
