Hello!
For some reason your have a parse error on your main.scss when Octobercms try to compile. I get this error:
/ parse error: failed at <p>//colors</p> /var/www/vhosts/n.davxizmat.uz/themes/ketikidis-clear/assets/scss/theme/_main.scss on line 1 /
Try to clear cache.If you don't know how, install this plugin https://octobercms.com/plugin/romanov-clearcachewidget
If problem persist try to delete first line from _main.scss file in your assets/scss/_main.scss file.
What was the last thing you did before this issue come?

  1. Correctly loading davxizmat.uz/themes/ketikidis-clear/assets/scss/theme/_main.scss
  2. Clear cache with clearcachewidget. Design is also broken (:

Something is wrong with your styles. I check css styles that are loading from your site and are different from original _main.scss. You have to correct style files in css.htm partial. If you want you can give me credentials to check out in your system.
