Do you click on button "login" on Paypal form?
Please have a look to the steps again:

1.You create a project on Octobercms site
2.You go to Agora theme and click on “Add to project” button
3.Then select your project and click on “Pay with Paypal” button
4.Then click button "login"
5.Pay with paypal

Then on the bottom click button "continue"，after clicking continue, jump directly back to octobercms.com, there is no prompt, just show paypal error in the site
