When a Blog Post is Published, Send an Email to Subscribers (using MailChimp)

When trying to publish a post i am getting this error:

"Error accessing Email template: serenitynow.subscribe::mail.email. Please refresh plugin and retry"

Deleting the mail-template as advised didn't fix the issue.

Can you please help?

If anyone looking for a solution, changing the layout of the mail tamplate to "none" fixes the issue:
