I just added a beforeSave to integer when saving Suffix to the database, please check the update (unfortunately there is no time to test on pure Mysql), but now everything should work as it should - strictly integer values ​​are stored (Error occurred while saving - an empty value to the database... although this is the Laravel level and everything should work correctly, nonetheless ...)
