Hi Kurtjensen,

following my previous comment, when trying to upload a new document, in this case, a PDF(19754_Kit_Catalogue_148_210mm.pdf) file with 58.1 MB (my php.ini has 100MB for upload), the system is presenting an error:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> 404 - File or directory not found.

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Have a peak at this post to see if your answer is there: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36176330/file-upload-404-error-on-server

Also check php.ini file for:

post_max_size

upload_max_filesize

upload_tmp_dir
