Could this plugin be modified to create catering orders from a form that shows different food & drink menus?

I need a system where a user registers and logs in to view a grid of different food and drink menus that can be selected to create a catering order. The user first selects days or date range from a calendar and creates a catering order per day. All orders create an estimate that is saved to the user's profile and can also be sent as a pdf email. Every order created also sends an email to admin.
