Hello!! I am using Wysiwyg Editors plugin for my blog website. The issue is, when logged in as an Admin, the Wysiwyg Editors inline styles are being applied properly but when logged in as an Editor, the inline styles are filtered/removed! Need help in resolving this issue...
For what it's worth, I installed the plugin and am not getting the styles even when logged in as the main administrator.
@mjauvin I tried different editor ( gutenberg ) but the same issue follows! I believe the issue must be regarding to the pre-processing of the richtext editor content... I am working on it. I will post it when I find the solution! Thanks for the reply!
What version of October are you using? I remember using this plugin (WYSIWYG Editors) last year and it worked fine. There may have been a change introduced recently that's breaking the plugin.
@mjauvin Issue Solved!
The issue was related to the 'User Permissions'.
As the user belongs to 'Editor' group, I had to allow the user with 'Use Unsafe Markdown (Can include JavaScript)' permission.
This permission is verified in RainLab's Blog plugin ( In Post Model ) and if the permission is not given to the logged user, the content of the Richtext box is filtered/stripped.
By the way, I m using the latest build ( 468 ) of October CMS.
@mjauvin Thank you so much for your attention. I hope it helps.
