For some time now, some paypal users are having transactions issues when purchasing plugins from the store. The following message will be shown when clicking on the pay
button inside the PayPal payment gateway:
Your payment can't be completed. Please return to the participating website and try again.
Pretty annoying right? @OctoberCMS on twitter already notified us on the 10th of March that they are ware of the payment issues for some countries, but haven't provided a solution or workaround to keep purchasing plugins or themes from the marketplace.
The easiest way to purchase the plugin or theme you have selected, is to install Hola in your browser and switch the country to for example United States. This did the trick for our payment from The Netherlands.
