Hey Endi,

This report is basically saying your website runs a bit slow (taking +1sec to respond). It suggests upgrading your server to something more powerful.

Queues are generic advice for offloading heavy processes and may not help in this situation. For more information you can read the docs article: https://octobercms.com/docs/services/queues
