Hey everyone, I'm thinking of switching from Drupal to October CMS. Does the CMS support CDN with orgin pull?

Pretty simple to set up, just open config/cms.php and change cms.storage.media.path to the URL of the origin pull CDN and tell the CDN to pull media from http://yoursite.tld/storage/app/media

The same works for cms.storage.uploads.path if you want uploads to come from the CDN too.

Yes of course, there is nothing special about caching resources.
