After upgrading october from v1 to v2, with docs instructions I can't understand how to update plugins without reinstall option that deletes data from DB. + BTW dd and dump is not working after upgrading october(Unknown "dd" function.) error

Hi there,

We have fixed the dump() command for the next release

Regarding the plugin updates, you shouldn't need to delete any data from the database. When you run the database migration command it should resume from the current state of the database and any database upgrades will occur at this time

thank you for quick response. Yesterday after posting this message tried to composer require plugin and october:migrate, and found out that it's really don't refresh migrations but migrate only new ones. My bet)
