How to make clean uninstall of octobercms? couldn't find answer elsewere. Is removing cms root directory and database enough?

October CMS is a web application that consists of two parts: 1) the files and folders contained in the root directory for October CMS 2) the database

So, yes, if you remove these from your webserver October CMS is gone :)
