Hi, I'm planning to use October on a big project, but first I need to understand how easy is to accomplish certain features with this cms, and for this I count with your help:

• I want my pages to load via Ajax, I have a header, a content section and a footer. How do I say to October that my links should update only the content section, and for example mark my menu (on header) as active?
• I need the client, that doesn't understand a line of code, to be able to update certain pages with very specific info (price tables, product specs, etc). How can I do this with October? Is this feature implemented already?
• Can I have several languages? I would like to have it like domain.com/language/section1/subsection2
• Can I give the client access to specific sections on the backoffice? I don't want him messing around with everything.
• What about forms that send to email? Can I have my already coded form to be sent to my email via October or do I have to code the sending php myself?

I know it's a lot of questions but I would really appreciate if you could guide me on this, so I can check if I should choose October for this project and my next ones. Hope one of you can help me on this.

The Settings - Administrators area has permissions tabs. Just enable the permissions you want them to have access to.
