A hash mismatch means that the installer failed to download the file completely from OctoberCMS. You need to re-download it properly

I downloaded using different browsers. Hash of downloaded zip: 73d57b458239938f6798b585b8b45b1c And I tried to download directly from https://github.com/octobercms/install

I think that installation broken on server side :/

I understand that it is free soft, but could somebody from October team check and confirm that installer should work?

Raise an issue here with details (see other issues for which details) and wait for it to get resolved.
