Is there a thousandths separator function in the ajax framework?

for example i need this number to be rounded to two decimal points with a comma for the thousands separator:

{{ present.clipper_equity - present.smp_equity }}

The AJAX framework isn't really a player here, it sounds like you're looking for Twig's number formatting. Take a look at the second code example, it looks like exactly what you're trying to do :)
