Maybe we could try to send that proposal again?

Or maybe can "connect" forum with Stack Exchange API and use it for publish questions on it. After save, the forum give the Stack Exchange Url or redirect to that.

Of course, for use forum, users must have logged on Stack Exchange.

Yes, unfortunately we've tried three times to get a dedicated Stack Exchange section and it hasn't been successful. Instead we are instructed to use the octobercms tag on Stack Overflow.
