I love your plugin, but I wanna know how to this in the image below. A short description under the title and an icon without text for the home link.

Specific implementations are outside the scope of my plugin however I can say you could use a class of 'home' on the home link and add the css {text-indent:-100000px;backgorund:url(/path/to/home.png). That would get your icon. As for displaying titles and captions below, use the 'Label' field for your title and Title Attribute field for your caption. Then just use the params specified in my documentation tab to format the markup as desired. It shouldn't be too difficult at all to get happening.
