I want to ask, I have a problem with the purchased plugin, that the assets folder is missing there and I can't somehow connect with the author. I'm a little sorry sometimes those plugins are not of great quality and need intervention. I don't know if something is paid for it should guarantee at least some reliability. Who should I contact or wait for the author's answer?
