I installed OctoberCMS on WampServer. Everything went well and I can access client http://localhost/octobercms/ ok, but I can't access backend http://localhost/octobercms/backend. I just gives HTTP 404 error. What could be wrong?

http://localhost/octobercms/index.php/backend

if this works you got a mod rewrite problem.
