Hi I'm on win10 and have tried accessing both the original theme css files and the new theme css I created I just get 'Template not found' I've tried deleting and creating a new css folder and new files nothing works. Consequently the new theme cant read the css. I'm on version 468. I checked the event log found nothing there. I noticed someone had raised this issue on stackoverflow. Thanks Clive

This should be fixed in the Laravel 6 update coming out very soon.

For now I'd recommend using the develop branch via composer.
