Are there any plans for upgrading to FA 7.x?

At this time I've unfortunately not got the time to update this plugin, but I see version 5 is now out of support, so I do plan on upgrading it in the future.

For now, it is easy to patch the current plugin to use FA 7 in your local instance, or use another icon set entirely. The plugin is very simple.

First, replace the CSS file in /iconpicker/assets/css/all.min.css with the latest version of FA, this will update the backend widget icons.

Next open iconpicker/data/fontawsome-icons.json and add to the file any class names that are missing that you require.
