How do I set specific permission for FileList management for administrators?

I will add the permissions feature and hopefully push it out soon, as in tonight or tomorrow. It is not included in the current version. If there is anything else, please let me know.

Heads up: just pushed out a small update to be able to set FileList management permission to admins. It's really basic at the moment, but in the future I am going to add functionality to control which FileLists an admin can manage (as in: none, their own, or their own and others).
