Hi,

I've just installed fresh on October latest version and getting a lot of errors in Chrome dev tools. The page has an overlay with a constant loading spinner and i can see in the background nothing is loading in such as text etc I've copied the parent assets folder to the child folder as suggested in another thread but the issue is the same.

I just found the error and is related to Octobercms child theme implementation, it seems that when you use child theme for some reason you can not load jquery using '@jquery' on layout.
I will report this bug, but until it is fixed I can send you some files that will solve your problem via email if you want.
