Requests to OctoberCMS.com from my server worked on 13th September last time. However, starting from 2nd October, I have this:

Than it can be caused by? My server IPs (81.177.140.29, 81.177.141.222) has been banned?

This might be caused by CloudFlare. Try it again in about 30 - 45 minutes.

Cloudflare is reporting invalid ssl certificate right now. Says 'sni251173.cloudflaressl.com' did not match expected 'octobercms.com'

This also makes the install script fail testing the connection to server. So currently, it's impossible to install October anywhere. Either by curl or from browser.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check immediately. But now the situation is completely unchanged. (However, the address in the cURL error was different once: 2400:cb00:2048:1::6818:700c.)

All requests make via HTTP, not HTTPS.

Exactly! That's how I noticed the problem — a plugin update stopped working.

Somebody, please, help me. The problem isn't solved still! And due to the lack of connection I can't update the CMS. Can you give me any advice?

The reason of my problem has been found. My country (Russia) blocks an access to the IP of the OctoberCMS.com domain for its own citizens. :( I'll use a proxy for CMS updates.
