Hi, I AM new on this great CMS.

I AM able to create page on the CMS but I can't understand... I see this: http://s5.postimg.org/fi87tn86v/Immagine_senza_nome.png

As you can see in the Image there are 4 folders. I tried to create test page under blog so you can see the URL is blog/test however is not in the blog folder. How to move into blog folder?

Also I need is visible in the menu. How to create this folder or delete it? I don't know well code so as I create a page and I can edit with editor plug in I want be able to create folder and put page inside so have in the menu the blog button who when clicked open the submenu with the page inside the folder..

The file name needs to match the folder structure, so in your case the File Name of the page should be blog/test.htm.
