I wanted to extend the backend user details to include other fields which is working fine :)
(I have created a custom plugin which extends the backend user form.)

But is it possible to only allow a certain 'user group' to edit these fields and not the individual user.

So for example any sub-admin could edit these details but the individual themselves could only edit their name, email and password? Also all the admin accounts would be hidden from the sub-admin?
