Hi guys. I just looked into the source code a little bit and here is a question: is there a reason why downloadThemes() & installThemes() are not included in OctoberUpdate.php (and there is no way to call them in System's Manage Updates view)? Apparently users are unable to install themes unless they copy and paste the files onto their server https://octobercms.com/forum/post/how-to-install-the-flat-theme

I would really like to write the functions into the cms and send a pull request on github. But before that I want to know if there is any known problem when implementing this feature. Somehow I find it strange that it is half implemented.

This has been fixed in a recent update, Project themes are now pulled down. We also have plans to implement a Theme browser.
