It seems impossible to type in Chinese with tag system because you can only type one letter before the possible options disappear. If I only input one letter, I can pick a character from the list and it is properly inserted in the input, as soon as I type the second letter the suggestions disappear.

Any suggestion on how to solve this?

Open an issue on github for that, it could be a bug.

Yes, seems the only way to post is to create an account and the only way to register/login is via email which I did and clicked the verification link. That's odd, for unlogged users it looks like you are having a conversation with a ghost.
