Hello everyone!

I've been using .html extension for HTML files since always, and since the 3-letter restriction for extensions is not mandatory for decades, IMHO .html should be allowed. Plus, most of the websites that show extensions have pages ending with .html.

Is it possible to allow .html files? If not, what do you think about this issue? Will it be allowed by default in forthcoming updates of October?
