I've followed the instructions in octobercms.com/docs/setup/configuration and made my configuration changes. What do I do now?

I'm assuming the config files are not re-read for every page request, so how do I instruct October to re-read them?

Is there an artisan command to instruct a config re-load?

Nothing at octobercms.com/docs/console/commands seems to be appropriate.

What is regarded as best practice?

Is it just a case of flushing the cache: php artisan cache:clear ?
