Where do you stuck? There are a lot of plugins for free where you can check at live examples how lists are build.

Thanks for your reply, Can you recommend a few plugins that i can reference. What i want is to list all the items in the model. I don't wish to use record finder to show all the items. When the user click on a row, a form should pop-up. Hope you understand what i'm trying to do. Please let me know if it's still unclear. Thanks
