  3. Fresh install but theme is messed up

I just completed a fresh install on Ubuntu 14.04 VPS (DigitalOcean) as seen here:

http://159.203.33.16/

No errors -- everything seemed to go fine during install. However, the theme looks 'broken' and all links (including /backend) result in a 404. This happens no matter which theme I use.

Any ideas as to where I can start fishing for answers?

Your combiner is returning 404 not found. Check the RewriteBase setting in your .htaccess file or your nginx web server settings (See documentation)

Eg: http://159.203.33.16/combine/ca45562734d248ee46138250a881ccbb-1459736442

^-> returns 404 not found.
