Hello,

October CMS translate plugin doesn't work compatible with relation tables : https://octobercms.com/plugin/rainlab-translate

You can install Menu List plugin and enable Translation Plugin to see the bug in action.

Menu List Plugin : https://octobercms.com/plugin/flynsarmy-menu

When you try the plugin, you will see; You can create Menu and translate it perfectly. But you can't translate menu items. Because menu items is related to Menu with belongsTo relation.
