If you use static pages you can do somethink like this:

Hi,

If you want to a have a field in static pages. Go to your layout file and include somethink like i described one post before:

{text name="your custom text filed" label="Please enter your name"}{/text}

Than in static pages choose this layout you will see this input field. you can also add attributes to this like

tab="My first Option Page"

with variable you can do also other types like mediafinder

{variable name="image" type="mediafinder"}{/variable}

Than i twig you only have to print this variable out.

For this task you need to write a custom plugin. Did you check the code of this plugin:

This plugin add a tab to cms pages. Maybe you can adopt thinks from there for your own plugin.
