Suddenly I get this error:

Any idea whats going on and how I can solve this problem? Slider has been working normally, no idea why this happens now.

Did you upate plugins/core recently ?!

I think I updated just about everything yes

It looks like either you made changes to the slider plugin database tables manually and the plugin update cannot deal with this OR the new plugin update is broken.
