Hello, Often you need to set settings for the site, such as: site name, phone, email, address, social media links, etc. How do you create a convenient input of such data and display it on pages, partials, layouts? Plugins?

Great, thank you! Can't you edit default roles? To give the site's content manager the right to customize the theme you need to create a new role?
That's right, you cannot modify the default role permissions... but publisher role does allow configuring the current theme settings.
